1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
2. Eligible Items
Most hat pins and cap accessories are eligible for return. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@reyescaps.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@reyescaps.com with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
