Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping – $5.99 flat rate

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50

  • Express Shipping – $15.00

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard: 3–5 business days

  • Express: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.


International Shipping

International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system.


Shipping Delays

Reyes Caps is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.


Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Reyes Caps is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly to open a claim. Reyes Caps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier.
